Reshma Saujani, founder of Girls Who Code and nonprofit Moms First, has partnered with OpenAI and Novy.ai to develop an AI chatbot, PaidLeave.ai, that informs parents about paid leave options. Starting in New York State, the tool aims to help parents understand their entitlements without risking job security. The tool will eventually expand to other states that offer paid leave. Saujani views the project as a way of demonstrating how women's perspectives can shape the future of AI.
