AI for Better Employee Experiences
With the right implementation, AI tools can be used to boost employee morale and empower them in the more trying aspects of their duties. Reports are coming in from across the globe on how employees are even requesting more AI tools to increase their own productivity.
In Contact Centers - In a survey conducted by Kore.ai it's revealed that 77% of all agents believe IVAs are good for the customer and agent alike and 77% are comfortable using these tools.
In a Microsoft Survey - 31% of employers cited AI as a means of "increasing employee productivity." In the same surveyed group, 29% said it is "helping employees with necessary but mundane tasks," and 26% said it is "increasing employee wellbeing."
From Work Institute - AI tools can understand which employees are at risk of leaving. These tools can also identify the practices and processes that might drive people to quit. According to the Work Institute’s 2020 Retention Report, 78% of the reasons employees quit could have been prevented by the employer.
